• It cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
• Any remaining amount on your Glazen Nails Gift Card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit balance. However it will remain in your registered Glazen member account that can be used for your next visit.
• We reserve the right not to accept any Glazen Nails Gift Card or otherwise limit use of a Glazen Nails Gift Card if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
